I am Kevin Shuttleworth; Community & Marketing Manager at Hidden Monster Games. We own the Curve Fever IP and game franchise. This talk is meant to inform readers and contributors about what is currently incorrect about the Achtung, die Kurve!-pages, and how Achtung, die Kurve! is different from Curve Fever.
Currently, information about Achtung, die Kurve! and Curve Fever, is mixed up over several languages. A few facts to start with:
1. Achtung, die Kurve! is not Curve Fever. Curve Fever is a completely different video game IP, loosely based on the Achtung, die Kurve!-game concept. 2. Achtung, die Kurve! did not contain any other game mechanics, than simply the core gameplay of controlling a 'snake' and trying to head off other players. 3. There is no Achtung, die Kurve! 2. Achtung, die Kurve! is completely unrelated to the Curve Fever-games. Achtung, die Kurve! is, furthermore, one game. Currently, there are three Curve Fever-games available and playable: Curve Fever, Curve Fever 2 and Curve Fever 3. A new TBA Curve Fever-game is currently in development, and slated for release in 2018.
Curve Fever and Achtung, die Kurve! should, hence, be two different Wikipedia pages/subjects altogether.
