Time Centre Wittenstein (Ajakeskus Wittenstein) is a unique tourism site in the Baltic States where the visitor can get an interactive and humorous overview of the history of Estonia in an hour and a half. The time machine (elevator) takes visitors through 9 eras of Estonia in the watchtower of Paide Castle. The Time Centre offers an alternative to traditional museums in order to diversify the introduction of history. In the Time Centre, visitors can meet characters from different eras, listen to the songs and dance the dances of different eras and taste the flavours of different areas. It is located in the centre of Estonia - city called Paide. The Time Centre has joined the Järvamaa museum and thereby created new synergy that enables introducing the history of Estonia both through experiences and scientifically.
