@Ske:, I don't feel comfortable about mergin Q18557212 here. I suppose that there should be "hereditary diseases" and "genetic diseases" separately (first can include also "chromosome diseases"). May be better to merge into genetic disease (Q4135505) instead? --Infovarius (talk) 13:48, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't understood that one of the two items was about hereditary diseases. I agree that we should have two items; and also a bit of clean up into wikipedia links. For Q4135505 I don't speak Russian so I will let you decide ;) . Ske (talk) 16:22, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

we have also Q3311537 about hereditary diseases Ske (talk)
Thanks, @Ske:. I've tried to separate sitelinks, at least by names. Now hereditary diseases are at Q3311537, and specifically genetic are here. Categories are also separated. --Infovarius (talk) 08:29, 30 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Humans only?[edit]

Is this item specifically for genetic diseases for humans? The English description seems to indicate as such, but the linked articles are mostly about genetic diseases in general. If this isn't specifically for humans, subclass of (P279) animal genetic disease (Q28154707) should be removed. If it is, animal genetic disease (Q28154707) should have subclass of (P279) genetic disease (Q200779) removed. (Currently, there's a subclass loop.)

(There's a similar issue with disease (Q12136) higher up on the tree, where its superclass physical conditioning (Q18479330) seems to be for humans specifically, but the item itself seems to be general.) --Yair rand (talk) 07:05, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
