Perhaps this should be defined as: "audio entertainment electronics in cars"
Semantic Confusion[edit]
There is a problem in the semantic landscape of car radios here. It is good to distinguish the radio-phonic function from the audio function which is independent of radio waves, but as you can see from the color coding in table below, the current set-up is clearly confused. The first job would be to make the distinction between radio and audio consistent. The second job would be to get rid of the even more irregular en: Head unit / es: Unidad de cabecera, which have no place here, as they refer to a physical part (or design element) of the device (audio or radio).
It needs a well trained semantic policeman to sort this out, specially because of the presence of multiple languages
