Standardised Form vs Dialect
[edit]Hi everyone, it should be noted that Western Armenian is not a dialect of Armenian - it is one of the two standardised forms of the language. Western Armenian in itself contains various dialects (բառբարներ) as does Eastern Armenian such as the Yerevan Dialect, or Ararat Dialect, etc. Can we create a new property which accurately reflects this? For example, "branch of" instead? – The preceding unsigned comment was added by Armeniki (talk • contribs) at 2018-03-17 (UTC).
