Height[edit]
The height was taken from NOAA Technical Report NOS NGS 51 by the U.S. National Geodetic Survey. The height is measured following the procedure of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. It is measured from the floor of the enterance (specifically a position mark designated W M FLOOR 3) to the tip of the monument. The value is 169.046 m +/- 1.0 mm. The survey was finished in 2014 and the report issued in 2015. Jc3s5h (talk) 12:39, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
