Riga and Riga statistical region[edit]
Riga city has equal borders with Riga statistical region. So one of the two things must be done: A) Add that Riga is an instance of statistical region of Latvia leave the NUTS code identifier be and don't make a new item "Riga statistical region". B) Create a new item "Riga statistical region" which then gets NUTS code LV006 and it should be deleted for Riga city.
