Zionist Organization Statement on Palestine at the Paris Peace Conference (1919)
The claims of the Jews with regard to Palestine for the consideration of the Peace Conference

    Statements

The claims of the Jews with regard to Palestine rest upon the following main considerations: The land is the historic home of the Jews; there they achieved their greatest development; from the centre, through their agency, there emanated spiritual and moral influences of supreme value to mankind. By violence they were driven from Palestine, and through the ages they have never ceased to cherish the longing and the hope of a return. (English)
