Ipinatayo ang St. Cecilia’s Hall sa disenyo ni Andres Luna de San Pedro, 1932. Ginamit ng mga Hapones, 1942–1945. Nasira noong Labanan sa Maynila, Pebrero 1945. Muli itong binuksan, 1947.
