Mariano Gomez, O.P., 1891; nailigtas noong Digmaang Filipino–Amerikano, 1899–1901, at Pangalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig, 1941–1945; isinaayos ni Obispo Peregrin de la Fuente, O.P., D.D., noong mga taong 1950. Nasira ng lindol ang kampanaryo, 2000. Muling isinaayos ni Obispo Jose Salazar, O.P., D.D. at P. Henry Romero, S.O.L.T., 2002.
