    Ipinatayo ayon sa disenyo ni William E. Parsons, 1909. Nanatiling bilangguan hanggang inokupahan ng mga puwersang Hapones, 1942–1945. Ibinigay ng Estados Unidos sa pamahalaan ng Republika ng Pilipinas bilang bahagi ng pagtatapos ng Pamahalaang Commonwealth at ipinagpatuloy bilang bilangguan, 1946. Ginamit ang pangalawang palapag bilang tanggapan ng Court of Agrarian Reform at ng Court of First Instance, 1960’s–1970’s; nanatili ang archives section ng Court of First Instance (ngayo’y Regional Trial Court) hanggang 1995. Halimbawa ng arkitektura ng mga panlalawigang bilangguan noong panahon ng mga Amerikano. (Tagalog)
