Pretrial notes: 15/8/1661, she denied that she confessed or did any malifice. 20/8/1661 she appeared in High Court, trial was set for 27/8/1661. The trial was reset for 10/9/1661. Bannatyne ordered to pay her maintenance. A dittay from 14/11/1661 survives. (English)
Trial notes: The prosecutor agreed to drop the prosecution if Allan agreed to be on 'good behaviour' and to never enter the bounds of Newhall again. (English)
