为探讨UV-B辐射对鲜土贝母有效成分和抗氧化活性的影响,对土贝母(Bolbostemma paniculatum)新鲜块茎的有效成分含量和抗氧化活性进行了研究.结果表明,1 00 kJm-2的高剂量UV-B辐射使鲜土贝母的还原糖含量升高60.17%,大黄素含量升高209.60%.辐射后还原能力及清除DPPH.自由基能力均显著高于对照(P<0.01).这说明UV-B辐射可显著提高土贝母鲜品的有效成分含量和抗氧化活性,因此鲜土贝母加工前进行UV-B辐射可望提高药材质量.. (Chinese)
