This is a log of changes made by administrators, bureaucrats, flooders, and WMDE Staff to user rights. You may enter either or both of:
- Performer – the name of the bureaucrat/admin who changed the rights (just their name)
- Target – the name of the user whose rights were changed (written with the prefix User:)
The log does not show:
- Removal of administrator and bureaucrat rights by stewards and changes to checkuser, oversight and importer rights – see global rights log (Enter usernames like this: User:Doe@wikidatawiki)
