Dear Wikidata community, I'd like to nominate User:Zafer, former Turkish Wikipedia administrator and an active contributor to Wikidata, has a demonstrated experience in combatting vandalism and deletion processes. I would be happy to assist with administrative operations at Wikidata, which I have enjoyed contributing to for a long time. I had previously resigned at my own request from Turkish Wiki. The reason for this was that I wanted to change duties with new users instead of being a servant for years. I hope I will be useful to this project with the actions I will take.   • You have a lot of experience here and more admins who speak non-English languages would be nice, but I notice that you have not spent a lot of time on non-main namespaces (e.g. zero edits to properties).     Hello @BrokenSegue:, I have proposed creation couple properties and I participate in discussions time to time. For deletions/protections/blocking, I've experiences as a former Turkish Wikipedia administrator, I also have read the policies here, including WD:DELETE WD:BLOCK WD:PPP WD:N and previous RfCs, I think I can help myself with the relevant applications.   • The applicant has a short block on turkish wikipedia for sockpuppeting. I realize you were proposed by someone else but not divulging something like this up-front does not inspire confidence. I don't necessarily think sockpuppeting is unforgiveable in itself, but keeping quiet about it is concerning. Some explanations might be in order.
