Maybe, but that seems like an odd claim to make for a number of reasons. I don't see date of birth given among the examples of the sort of material covered by that legislation. It would surely only become a violation after a properly-filed request had been denied, and there is no indication of that here. I'm not sure what the correct procedure is for making such a request, but I am certain that a pseudonymous posting like the one above isn't it. I did find this report, which suggests that we do receive such requests somehow, but grant vary few of them.
Regardless, there is an argument to remove the date of birth under Wikidata:Living_people#Requests_for_the_removal_of_private_information. I see that the data of birth has now been removed. We cannot guarantee it will not be restored. Bovlb (talk) 22:44, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
