@Jean-Frédéric: Sure, why not? If the website is used for different scopes in the same IDs system, then we can definitely expand the scope of the property, as in the case of Giant Bomb ID (P5247). The main advantage here is that by expanding the scope of the identifier, we won't need to create separate properties for developers, publishers, etc., so I definitely support this idea.
