This photograph was taken by an employee in the BYU library last year and it was work-for-hire. As a BYU employee, I'm releasing the rights to the work by uploading it to the commons. The swimsuit itself is not copyrighted; it qualifies as a "useful article" since the swimsuits were designed to be worn. Please contact me with further questions.
