Nederlands: Groepsportret van de drie regentessen en de binnenmoeder van het leprozenhuis te Amsterdam in 1624. De regentessen zitten rond een tafel waarop een boek, geldzakken en geldstukken liggen. Op de achtergrond een scène uit het verhaal van de arme Lazarus en de rijke man. Geportretteerd zijn Tijntie ten Bergh, Anna Willekens en Tijntie Weelinx.
