Description
A la izquierda, bordeado de matorrales y arbustos, se abre un sendero por el que transitan varias vacas y que se dirige hacia el fondo del valle en el que se adivina el asentamiento de una población entre la masa boscosa. Cerrando la composición, las elevadas alturas de la cordillera que recorre el Delfinado en cuyas cimas persisten manchas de nieve que se diluyen en la claridad de un cielo nítido salpicado por alguna nube (Gutiérrez Márquez, A., Carlos de Haes en el Museo del Prado 1826-1898, Madrid , 2002).
