"An Album Leaf of a Yogini. India, Deccan, 18th Century. The figure in profile wearing magenta and green robes and holding aloft a peacock feather whisk enclosed in a dark blue frame with gold painted foliate scrolls and mounted on a salmon and golf-flecked album page with further cream, ochre and blue borders; the reverse with calligraphic inscriptions framed by salmon, gold and dark blue borders. Folio: 17½ x 12¼ in. (44.4 x 31 cm.)."
