Planned use	We are goign to insert them in all the items of the province of Pistoia for WLM2018 it:Wikipedia:Raduni/Editathon_e_Incontro_Wiki_Loves_Monuments_Pistoia before September, the 1st, but I will also inform trained local users to start to add them around. I expect areas such as Avezzano or northern Lombardy to be largely covered by the end of the next 12 months.

Motivation[edit]

These are pages on the website of the TCI describing the places of interest around a specific location. This is an example on the map of Molfetta. The single page on the website can describe churches, museums or restaurants. I have noticed that there are things I cannot find on GeoNames ID (P1566) or Google Maps Customer ID (P3749), so I have started to look for more ID for places and buildings specific on Italy in order to improve the quality of these items. This will be very useful especially for the next editions of Wiki Loves Monuments in Italy. I hope we can make a massive update if the local items for another area of Tuscany also next year.--Alexmar983 (talk) 13:10, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I was making a last test before pasting it in the appropriate page for discussion, people are already giving support and that's great, but just to be sure, here is what I found: there is an old proposal in Wikidata:Property_proposal/Archive/32 about CulturaItalia ID (P1949) (CI) where it is cited. I made a test with the Piazza del Duomo of Pistoia here is on CI. It does give a link to TCI with a different url than mine ("consulta la scheda esterna" and the connection is not secure) but the text compared to TCI is different. They are probably integrated but there is no duplicate at the content level.--Alexmar983 (talk) 13:30, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
