•  Oppose Strongly pro-government news outlet. We don't need WD to facilitate Russian propaganda in any shape or form. Eg see the article https://newslab.ru/info/dossier/potanin-vladimir-olegovich that finishes with "Увлечения: путешествия, бадминтон, горные лыжи, водные виды спорта и шахматы." Now compare it to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Potanin: I'd say that to make $24B, his strongest hoppy is kleptocracy.
  • @MasterRus21thCentury: I've supported many of your property proposals, but you are crossing the line with several of them (eg RosKomNadzor ID).   • @Vladimir Alexiev: Wikidata cannot restrict inclusion of identifiers for political or other discriminatory reasons. If a resource exists and is popular enough, there is no reason not to include its identifiers. The identifiers themselves can in no way contribute to propaganda, and their use depends directly on the Wikipedia articles, which must adhere to the principle of neutrality. evs 💬 21:55, 12 October 2022 (UTC)
