Motivation[edit]
The Museo Nacional de Arte (National Museum of Art, in Spanish) is one of Mexico's most important art institutions, possessing a collection of multiple kinds of artworks from the early Colonial period to the mid-20th century. Their website allows its users to search for specific artists and view all the digitized artworks they have in their collection.
This would be an ideal identifier for artists, Mexican or otherwise, whose works are in the collection, as all the artists registered in the site are identified with a simple number. ErickTErick (talk) 04:15, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
