Motivering/begrunnelse[edit]
I have known for a while that the entries in the official Norwegian Bokmål dictionary have unique IDs, but up until today I wasn't able to find a formatter URL for it. I did, although the result is not very pretty. However, I think it will suffice for our use – also, I know that they are working on a new updated edition of the dictionary, and as far as I can tell it also uses the same entry IDs, but with a better way of linking them, so hopefully we can switch the formatter URL when the new edition is officially lanched.

Discussion[edit]
- Support Seems ok, though the website is very minimal! ArthurPSmith (talk) 17:41, 18 October 2021 (UTC)
- @ArthurPSmith: The proper website is actually all right. You can see the results for the first example here. The problem is that there is no way to link to that version of the website without just a generic search query, which will give you all the lemmas with the same spelling (as that link illustrates, showing both gane (L303916) and gane (L616614)). The formatter URL I've added is basically just the pure HTML for one entry which "feeds into" the main website with Javascript to create the proper entry there. Not elegant, but it's the only way I've found that lets us link to a specific lemma rather than just a generic search query. And, the beta version of the website actually has (currently non-functional) share links for each lemma using the same IDs, so when it goes live it should enable us to link somewhere better. :-) Jon Harald Søby (talk) 09:43, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
