Здравствуйте. Это вы просто не полностью отключили вход через прокси. 94.25.160.242 это ваш нормальный IP, а 176.59.32.0/19 - заблокированный диапазон, где был прокси. -- Q-bit array (talk) 17:32, 30 July 2022 (UTC)

Я вот тоже не понимаю. Но вы - далеко не первый с этой проблемой. Судя по всему, часть вашего трафика идёт через прокси, а часть напрямую, поэтому вам и выводится такое странное сообщение облокировке - ведь 94.25.160.242 в принципе никаким боком не принадлежит дипазону 176.59.32.0/19. И сам IP 94.25.160.242 не заблокирован в Рувики и никогда не был. -- Q-bit array (talk) 06:03, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
