Coordinates[edit]

are obviously wrong in Q91108335/Q91108312/Q91108310/Q91108490/Q91108296/Q91108476 (I've deleted them all), but what they were supposed to be? --Infovarius (talk) 13:52, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for spotting that. I've noticed Skolverket had gotten the coordinates wrong in a handful of cases but I didn't double check before importing the data. Popperipopp (talk) 17:16, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Podcast episodes[edit]

Would you mind giving them english labels and descriptions? ? And also language, genre and country? Something akin to Piraternas gyllene era (Q106715621)--Trade (talk) 21:37, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Absolutely. I was a bit unsure whether to add language and genre on the podcast item and/or the episodes. Regarding the English labels, should they still have the original Swedish title? Popperipopp (talk) 21:56, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they should be the original Swedish title as podcast episodes are almost never dubbed into other languages. I've added some more stuff to Piraternas gyllene era (Q106715621) to add --Trade (talk) 23:04, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Regarding presenter (P371), the format of the show is that one of the two people behind it makes an introduction to the subject, and then they both discuss it for the remainder of the episode. Does it make sense to reserve presenter (P371) for the one doing the intro, and setting both of them as values for narrator (P2438)? Popperipopp (talk) 23:11, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Your use of narrator and presenter makes sense to me. @Valentina.Anitnelav: for getting her input --Trade (talk) 23:34, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Valentina.Anitnelav:--Trade (talk) 23:39, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Apart from presenter (P371)/narrator (P2438), the rest of the statements suggested above has now been added to all episodes. Popperipopp (talk) 00:24, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for adding the missing metadata. I've started a batch to add distribution format. --Trade (talk) 07:59, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, for the two people discussing the subject talk show guest (P5030) seems more appropriate to me than narrator (P2438). talk show guest (P5030) is not limited to television formats, radio show episode and podcast episode are explicitly mentioned in the list of allowed types. - Valentina.Anitnelav (talk) 07:58, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! Hm, just to be clear, it's always the same two guys speaking. It sounds a bit odd to me to state that the hosts of the show are guests. The description of talk show guest (P5030) currently says that the guest is "invited" to the show. That is not the case here. But maybe I'm missing something? Popperipopp (talk) 17:12, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I see. narrator (P2438) seems a bit odd to me as this is mostly intended to be used for storytelling and they are not really narrating a story but rather discussing a subject. Actually we would need something like Property proposal: onscreen participant - but for audio works. Currently cast member (P161) is used for participants in a documentary. As voice actor (P725) is the "audio equivalent" to cast member (P161) one could also think about using voice actor (P725) for people discussing a subject in a podcast. - Valentina.Anitnelav (talk) 22:14, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Radio programs and the podcasts based on them should preferable be seperate items when possible. See P3 Dokumentär (Q106773651) --Trade (talk) 13:52, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
