socket supported (P1041)

I just created socket supported (P1041). I also added a constraint "one of" the list will be updated once a day and you can add more values to the template at Property_talk:P1041. It will help you filter out unwanted values. I reworded the description a bit so it will also work for graphics cards or other parts. Is that ok? --Tobias1984 (talk) 16:13, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

Unused properties

This is a kind reminder that the following properties were created more than six months ago: thermal design power (P2229), FSB speed (P2150). As of today, these properties are used on less than five items. Hello, Pasleim, please check Wikidata:Property proposal/L2 cache to know how I feel about waiting years for the approval of any proposal, and check Wikidata:Property proposal/memory capacity to discover how a proposal can be approved in 1 week when it's other editor that proposes. I don't even know how these properties you pointed exist, as my proposals (from 4 years ago) never were approved: Wikidata:Property proposal/Archive/38#TDP máximo and Wikidata:Property proposal/Archive/38#Velocidade FSB. GZWDer is the one who really created these 2 properties (2 years ago), not me, I just proposed and nothing was done. You should ask him, not me.--MisterSanderson (talk) 09:05, 19 January 2017 (UTC)

The properties couldn't be created earlier because the quantity datatype with units was missing. This datatype was introduced in September 2015. Shortly after, your proposals Wikidata:Property proposal/Archive/38#TDP máximo and Wikidata:Property proposal/Archive/38#Velocidade FSB were accepted. Wikidata:Property proposal/memory capacity was processed faster because the quantity datatype with units was available at the time of the proposal. --Pasleim (talk) 09:48, 19 January 2017 (UTC)

Pasleim, I was not aware they were approved, and you can be sure that, after waiting 4 years, I don't care even a little anymore.

Would you be able to guess what happened when I extracted the data manually from Intel database, created simpler HTML tables, and asked for some bot to insert them on the items about the processors? Wikidata:Bot requests/Archive/2014/05#Intel processors. I tried this for more than 1 year, nothing happened, aside from Sjoerddebruin pointing that I was annoying people not interested on the matter. Maybe if my name was Lymantria this could be addressed in 1-week period also?--MisterSanderson (talk) 15:34, 19 January 2017 (UTC)
