Multiple problems in recent import

@Francesca Melano (TOAS), Marcok: Between yesterday and today a big import of data from this property has involved date of birth (P569), date of death (P570), place of birth (P19), place of death (P20), member of (P463)Academy of Sciences of Turin (Q2822396) in hundreds of items. I have unfortunately noticed the following problems (I report some items already cleaned as examples, please look for the problems in their page histories):

1. evident errors in date of birth (P569) due to exchange month-day (e.g. François Just Marie Raynouard (Q769608), Giovanni Battista Rizzo (Q61481670)) - the error regarding batch 46621 was noticed where; the batch was stopped when QuickStatements stopped working yesterday, and is still freezed as all the other batches (I fear that it may continue working when the batches will be un-freezed); anyway, also the batch reverting it (this) is freezed and I'm not sure if/when it will be un-freezed, so many evident errors are still present in the items
2. evident errors in all properties probably due to errors in Mix'n'match catalog (e.g. Cesare Balbo (Q1056738), Prospero Balbo (Q2508253))
3. evident errors in all properties for non-easily explainable reasons (e.g. Joseph Calasanza von Arneth (Q78777))
4. duplication, or worse, or references in all properties (e.g. Silvio Lippi (Q94586689), Friedrich Wieseler (Q91993), Ambrogio Viale (Q94579012)) - certainly it is due to this issue I've just described in a Phabricator ticket; however, it would have been possible through a query finding all the statements already having a reference using P8153 and excluding them from the addition of the new reference
   1. some cases of duplication are also due to the presence of previous references with reference URL (P854) instead of P8153 (e.g. Fedele Savio (Q60515697)); see query
   2. some additional cases of duplication, particularly the duplicate reference to date of death (P570) (e.g. Jakob II Bernoulli (Q123982)), may be due to a known problem of QuickStatements
   3. there were about 30 cases in which the ID in the reference didn't correspond with the main ID (query); I have cleaned them manually
5. (addition) evident errors in all properties in the value of stated in (P248) for non-easily explainable reasons (e.g. Louis Agassiz (Q122972))
6. (addition) evident errors in the values of place of birth (P19)/place of death (P20) for non-easily explainable reasons (e.g. Johan Christian Fabricius (Q156205))
7. (addition) evident errors in the values of place of birth (P19)/place of death (P20) due to wrong reconciliations of homonym places (e.g. Karl von Moll (Q913253))
8. (addition) evident errors in the values of the qualifier start time (P580) of member of (P463)Academy of Sciences of Turin (Q2822396), maybe due to a QuickStatements error (e.g. François Daviet de Foncenex (Q15603987))
9. (addition) evident errors in the values of date of birth (P569)/date of death (P570): if AST has a value with "month" or "year" precision, a false value with "day" precision (often some day of 1905) gets added (e.g. Giulio Fenoglio (Q93269735), Eugène Gley (Q3059895))
10. (addition) duplication of values with precision "year" in date of birth (P569)/date of death (P570), due to a known QuickStatements error (e.g. Pietro Giacinto Garassini (Q63349127))

Whilst data from Academy of Sciences of Turin (Q2822396) are extremely valuable for the improvement of Wikidata items, the evident errors of points 1 2 3 can be seriously damaging (while 4 is disappointing but not damaging stricto sensu). It is difficult to evaluate the extent of the errors, but as far as I have seen correcting tens of items it would better checking items one by one, at least quickly. Thank you @Epìdosis:. I and @Elisa Tealdi (TOAS): are actually working to fix the problems in the entities (not a lot in %, but there are) where there are different dates/places between Wikidata sources and Accademia DB. We think we can finish within 2 weeks. Unfortunately we dont't have an easy solution for the references issues (apart from fixing them manually), as we are using QuickStatements and it's limited in this.
