Pageviews of all countries in the world[edit]

It's not a technical problem but I did hope you can help me out. Sorry!

Is there a way to create an url for all countries of the world for the use in python request.get(url). Instead of "Turkey" I would like to have something like "world". I ask this because looping over all countries takes just very long.
