murder subclass of culpable homicide[edit]
@Infovarius: You said murder (Q132821) is not a subclass of culpable homicide (Q16973098). Thus, can you give me an example of a murder which is not a culpable homicide? --Eulenspiegel1 (talk) 17:59, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- The problem with these items (as many others) might be that the labels vary slightly from one language to another and relate to different concepts.
- Even a label in one language can cover different concepts depending on the country and the time period.
- Here an attempt to sort it out in another field. --- Jura 18:52, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Eulenspiegel1: It's very hard to distinguish all these types (especially between articles in different languages) but as I can see from Russian labels, euthanasia (Q100159) is murder (Q132821) but not culpable homicide (Q16973098). Probably negligent homicide (Q641449) also. --Infovarius (talk) 15:08, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
- Also please consider capital punishment (Q8454). --Infovarius (talk) 15:19, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
