Why isn't there a section on crats being able to remove sysop and crat rights?[edit]

It seems like being able to remove sysop rights is a reasonable thing for bureaucrats to be able to do. See m:Crat#Removing-access. πr² (t • c) 14:44, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
