This project is part of a PhD research about the rappresentation of the phenomenon of artistic patronage in digital environment.
Research topic[edit]
Topic of this research is the artistic patronage of House Buonaccorsi on Wikidata platform.
House Buonaccorsi was one of the most prominent noble family of Marche region. They were originally from the city of Macerata, and became important artistic patrons during the 18th century.
They bond close relations with other noble family across the italian peninsula, especcialy with the city of Bologna and Rome.
All these relationships can be rappresented trought Wikidata properties, thus creating usefull tools for the art historians, lecturers and anyone interested in the topic.
