Proposal to compile data in a Wikibase instance

Here's a draft proposal to WMF to build a system to accommodate all publicly available FCDs.

We're hoping that this instance will serve as a quick placeholder for all the details these FCDs provide, some of which may/may not be appropriate content for WD. Hackfish (talk) 21:01, 19 February 2020 (UTC)
