@Pasleim: because i saw no harm and some work (i.e. ruwiki → wikidata transfer) need to be done. The primary reason to obtain flag is to hide edits from people watchlist as per putnik request. So far Wikidata is edited mostly by bots without flag (i.e. Widar edits) and very little people care about that. -- Vlsergey (talk) 04:43, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bots without a flag and bots with a flag have a speed limit. At 3 Oct 7:40 and 7:47 you broke the limit even for a bot with a flag. This should not happen. - Taketa (talk) 11:39, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
