Task/s: remove VIAF claims that are actually redirected to another id

Function details: Wikidata:Database reports/Constraint violations/P214 currently lists many "single value violations"; many of them consist of a double VIAF ID (P214) claim, of which one is a redirect to the other. My new script can detect and fix them. --Ricordisamoa 01:31, 8 September 2013 (UTC)

 Support I've done redirect checking on the entire DB, but that was in March. There are always IDs that are constantly being redirected as VIAF improves its clustering, so this is an ongoing process that needs to continually happen. Maximilianklein (talk) 16:24, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
