Task/s: Wikidata:Properties for deletion maintenance

Code: Available on Github

Function details: Automated maintenance for Wikidata:Properties for deletion. Closed discussions that aren't on hold are moved to the archive. Template:Watchlist summary/PFD is kept up to date, removing closed discussions and adding new ones. This is per the bot request at Wikidata:Bot_requests#Request_to_automatically_update_the_watchlist_PFDs_(2022-02-06). Since this doesn't make too many edits, I've already set it running on a daily basis, if there are problems then I'll debug the code and revert edits as needed. After discussion, I've set up User:Pi admin bot and Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Administrator/Pi admin bot. Given that the admin edits are linked with the normal edits, probably all edits from this task will be made with the admin bot, but they can be split up if needed. Thanks. @Mike Peel: The admin rights have been granted. Can we rename this request to Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Bot/Pi admin bot, in order to grant the bot bit to this admin bot?
