Task/s: Harvesting data from VIAF database and adding them to Wikidata items

Code: based on PWB

Function details:the bot goes through all of items with VIAF (P214) and harvests data from it and adds them to wikidata data like CANTIC ID (former scheme) (P1273) and Gran Enciclopèdia Catalana ID (former scheme) (P1296) --Amir (talk) 07:53, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
