Task/s: inserting gene expression data from the Bgee database into Wikidata.

Function details: This software tool is a bot to insert gene expression data from the Bgee database into Wikidata. Currently, only existing wikidata gene entries from Ensembl and wikidata anatomic entities (e.g. stomach) with a cross-reference to UBERON ontology are considered. This bot specifically inserts to Wikidata gene pages "expressed in" statements. For example, please see the statement "expressed in" at BRAF gene Wikidata page: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q17853226. Note that at most 10 "expressed in" statements are included per Wikidata gene page.

Comment I am not able to comment on the bot's work, but I strongly suggest to correct the indication of operator in both this RfP and the bot's user page. The bot can not be it's own operator, and the real operator should be clearly disclosed. --Dipsacus fullonum (talk) 17:27, 21 April 2022 (UTC)
