Use case
a town existed at a coordinate location which is currently under reservoir water; the town has been rebuilt at a new location 5 km far away from the old location.
Example
维新镇 (Weixin, Q14255453), old location, now in Zaoshi Reservoir (Q15938651): 29° 45′ 37″ N 111° 06′ 14″ E (source: GNS), new location: 29° 44′ 39″ N 111° 03′ 16″ E
