An editor has requested the community to provide input on "WD:N: Entity .. "can be described using serious and publicly available references"" via the Requests for comment (RFC) process. WD:N notes in inclusion criteria #2, that an "entity must be notable, in the sense that it can be described using serious and publicly available references". Is this suggesting that an entity does not necessary need to be published in multiple reliable (news) sources, only that it must appear in a publicly available "database". For example, would the inclusion criteria be met for a single entry in the any of the following "databases":

• A "listed building" as indicated by English Heritage
• A charity as listed by the Charity Commission (Wikipedia)
• Any information found in one of the datasets of the UK Government's Open Data databases?
