باھا ئىلتىماس This is the Requests for comment process, the place where the community gathers to discuss on a specific topic. You are more than welcome to open a new RFC process to get opinions over a topic, but that should be done after a long discussion via the other channels. Any uninvolved editor can close a request for comment, usually after about 30 days. A request for comment may be closed if a consensus has been reached, or if there has clearly been no consensus reached and the discussion is no longer active.
