Motivation
The Ministry of Education of Brazil has this very detailed database which can be scraped. It also assigns ratings to universities and courses according to certain criteria of quality. NMaia (talk) 01:45, 1 May 2018 (UTC)

Comment that is a really weird formatter URL, but I checked some others and it seems to be consistent. If they change their format though we should probably keep in mind this ID may change. ArthurPSmith (talk) 18:11, 8 May 2018 (UTC)
