  It's a hunch I have that we won't create items for some of the more specific foods they have in their database. For example, they have crisp bread with varying amounts of fiber content, bagels with seemingly random topping combinations and hot chocolate with varying amounts of fat. That's the reason I don't think we will get full coverage in Wikidata. But perhaps this database having a listing for fruit yogurt with exactly 1,3% fat makes that notable?
