- Motivation
The Australian government Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulates therapeutic goods (medicines and medical devices) within Australia. TGA maintain the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) which lists brand names of therapeutic goods approved for use within Australia, and includes highly detailed product information sheets for each product. Addition of this property assists with the description of medicines within Wikidata and also allows for queries to be made regarding the approval of medicines for use in Australia.
