Hi, please do not add Category:First-level administrative divisions by country (Q6279646). Not mentionning the (very real) problems with this item, P132 (P132) should provide only the most specific type of division possible, and Category:First-level administrative divisions by country (Q6279646) is very fuzzy. --Zolo (talk) 16:53, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Then Wikidata:Country_subdivision_task_force should not tell us to do so.. (edit) and I see you removed it now.. :) Stigmj (talk) 17:02, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, Wikidata:Country_subdivision_task_force would need a major clean-up... --Zolo (talk) 17:08, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
But should a federated state (Q107390) in Brazil (Q155) have P132 (P132) listed as Category:States of Brazil (Q6299403) or federative unit of Brazil (Q485258)? I guess federated state (Q107390) (as used now) isn't to be used as there are more specific divisions available (following your example in "(commune of Italy (Q747074) rather than municipality (Q15284))") Stigmj (talk) 17:10, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, for Brazilan states, we should use federative unit of Brazil (Q485258) rather than federated state (Q107390). I think I used federated state (Q107390) due to some confusion in the labels, I'll fix that. We should not use Category:States of Brazil (Q6299403): the items that we should use are those with links to the main namespace, not categories (that is another problem with Category:First-level administrative divisions by country (Q6279646)). --Zolo (talk) 17:24, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

lua expensive calls[edit]

thanks for taking the effort to address the bug with "too many expensive lua calls" on Wikidata:Europeana_Art_History_Challenge/Norway yesterday. We believe we've fixed the problem now, so have reverted back to how it was before, but now doesn't have the fail report. Cheers, Wittylama (talk) 10:23, 15 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

StigBot[edit]

Your bot has been listed at Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Removal/Inactive bot accounts 2 as being inactive for over two years. As a housekeeping measure it's proposed to remove the bot flag from inactive bot accounts, unless you expect the bot will be operated again in the near future. If you consent to the removal of the bot flag (or do not reply on the deflag page) you can rerequest the bot flag at Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Bot should you need it again. Of course, You may request retaining your bot flag here if you need the bot flag. Regards--GZWDer (talk) 17:36, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
