Bufadienolide[edit]

bufadienolide (Q248891) is about chemical compound, bufadienolide (Q26922994) is about class of compounds, based on bufadienolide (Q248891) (core structure). The problem is that Wikipedias mix different concepts in one article, Wikidata must not – so Wikipedias links can be moved from one item to another, but these two items cannot be merged. @Wostr: Ok, no problems, I didn't know about it. Mr. Fulano! Talk 19:44, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, just explaining my reverts ;) Wostr (talk) 19:44, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Mr. Fulano, in phab:T190976 you claimed that a good list badge (Q51759403) status exists in eswiki and ptwiki. I have difficulties to find the relevant pages in eswiki and have the impression that eswiki maybe does not have a "good list" status at all, just the much more common featured list badge (Q17506997) status. Can you help me here? Thanks! —MisterSynergy (talk) 08:20, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @MisterSynergy, you can find about good lists (anexo bueno in spanish) in this page, where explain the criteria for promote these pages, and here you can find all good lists in eswiki, along with good articles, but you can differenciate them for being in the domain Anexo:. Mr. Fulano! Talk 00:49, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! Do you know whether eswiki additionally has a "featured list" status for lists? I cannot find this due to my missing Spanish skills. Terminology wise, "anexo bueno" is indeed similar to good list badge (Q51759403), but as most projects only have the (higher ranking) featured list badge (Q17506997) status, I think we should consider "anexos buenos" as the eswiki counterpart of "featured list".
Right now, four eswiki sitelinks have a good list badge (Q51759403) badge in Wikidata, and five have a featured list badge (Q17506997) badge (see this query). At the same time, es:Wikipedia:Artículos buenos lists much more pages in the "Anexo" namespace, but many of they seem to have a good article badge (Q17437798) badge here at Wikidata (query). This could be due to the fact that "Artículos buenos" and "Anexos buenos" seemingly use the same status indicator template {{Artículo bueno}}.
So, do you think we can tidy this somehow? —MisterSynergy (talk) 06:23, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@MisterSynergy: I was reading the documentation of this, and no, there isn't featured list status in eswiki, so I think that we can call it like featured list as there is no higher status, but I don't know if is the better thing to do. And about these lists be flagged like good articles, probably it's because before the creation of this task the editors was marking then like this, as it is the most like option, but I think that the best way to answer it is asking for a eswiki user. Mr. Fulano! Talk 00:02, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, that helps already a lot. I will not change actual badges for now, as I am still investigating whether we/I can automate badge management with a bot. I have no further questions at this point, but maybe I will come back to you at a later point. Regards, MisterSynergy (talk) 06:25, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
