The Arabic translation of the title of the article I mentioned is "لوحات تسجيل المركبات في أذربيجان". I will be translating it in two days.

Translation: Azerbaijani license plates in Portuguese Wikipedia[edit]
It's possible, but it's hard to do, specially because the article in English doesn't have any inline sources. I would need at least one or two. Translating the article as it is would be problematic, subjecting the article to deletion. Maybe I can try to look for some sources and translate the article during this month - June 2019, but I won't promise anything, as I can work only on weekends. Response to your message bout en:List of wars involving Azerbaijan[edit]
First of all: sorry for my English, I used to be good writing in that language, but that was long time ago. No, we admit lists, with the difference that they ar called "Anexo"; in this case, it would be called "Anexo:Lista de guerras de Azerbaiyán", but I can't find any deleted article with that name. ¿What was it exact name? If you can't remember irt, ¿who deleted and in what date was it deleted? Maybe I can help, but I need more information.

- Hey, I found it! And it was me who had deleted it, though I don't remember having done that. The fact is that we are trying to be more severe with the requirement that everything must have sources (please read es:Wikipedia:Fuentes fiables) for almost everything. That anexo didn't have any, so it was marked for deletion in 30 days, and the user (Tyk) was informed of that circumstance. As he didn't add any source at all, it was deleted acording to the rules. It was me who did it, but any other sysop would have done the same thing.

- I found sources for the Spanish version of en:List of wars involving Azerbaijan.
- Here is a source http://en.thegreatermiddleeast.com/2017/01/the-1920-ganja-revolt-the-first-armed-stand-against-the-sovietization-of-azerbaijan/ for both en:Red Army invasion of Azerbaijan (Invasión del Ejército Rojo de Azerbaiyán) which doesn't have an article in Spanish and en:1920 Ganja revolt which doesn't have an article in Spanish.

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I am working on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender model that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our model based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.
The study should take no more than 15 minutes.
