Hello, I believe that outreachwiki:Wikimedia:Sandbox would be better adding in Q3938 as it is a sandbox for testing edits on that wiki, not in wikidata.

Feel free to move the sitelinks around – I just wanted to test that linking to outreachwiki was possible at all (while deploying T171140), and the sandbox item seemed like a better place for that (also because the outreachwiki page was already pulling data from there via |from=).
