Used to sign anonymous unsigned comments, as no User page should exist for anonymous ips. This template is similar to {{Unsigned}}.
Usage
[edit]All parameters
[edit]{{subst:Unsigned IP|user name or IP|time and date}}
- user name or IP
- name or IP of user who left comment
- time and date
- datestamp from edit history (remember to label it UTC)
If the datestamp from the edit history appears in your local time that is set in your preferences, adjust the time to UTC using the difference you designated between the server time and local time.
